Kathryn Wood
Hi! I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Kathryn, your Coach. I am so excited to be on this journey with you! I was born and raised in Columbus, GA, but currently reside in Atlanta! Contrary to living in Georgia, I am a huge Auburn fan (as my dad played football there). I grew up on college football and watched Auburn play every Saturday as well as going to Jordan Hare stadium for games!
I am also a bodybuilding competitor in the bikini division and have worked with a handful of clients who have competed. I would very much say I am a nerd for all things fitness and nutrition. I moved to Atlanta in 2022 to pursue a better career in the fitness industry where I was working at Crunch fitness as a trainer and group fitness instructor. Prior to moving I attended Columbus State University where I completed my Bachelors Degree in Nursing. I worked as a nurse for 2 years in the hospital before realizing that being a personal trainer is where my passion is.
In Atlanta, I live with my dog, Elvis and my boyfriend. Elvis is my rescue lap pit mix baby and is the sweetest dog I could ask for. My boyfriend is extremely supportive and also is involved with working out, holds me accountable with our weekly meal prep and encourages me as I have started my own business. So make sure to follow me so that you can get updates on how we are doing! My goal for you is to make healthy living an EASY part of your life. To take the “stress” out of it and FINALLY feel and see results, without feeling restricted. I don’t want you to see this as another diet and exercise plan, rather, I want this to be your new lifestyle. I know it seems scary, but you will have so much support from me every step of the way. We are in this together! You have taken the first step, so let’s see where having a custom plan, being consistent and working on small changes will take you. I know you can do it!
